The European Transport of the Year 2010 : be candidate!

 

For the second time, Truck Europe will reward excellence in transport management with the European Transport Company of the Year 2010 Award.

This annual trophy has been launched for the first time in 2009 within the framework of the Truck Europe Forum. Dutch transport company Van Maanen won this first edition. The ceremony took place at the end of the 3rd Truck Europe Forum in Amsterdam.

The European Transport Company of the Year Award was designed to find the best case studies throughout Europe, to highlight  the work that international transporters carry out, and especially to share best practices and inspire other professionals.

The competition is open to all road transport operators in Europe, and will focus on all aspects of management: CRM, Fleet Management, HR, Safety, IT and Corporate Social Responsibility. Candidates will be elected by a jury of experts in the transport industry, truck manufacturers and editors of national transport magazines.

The awards ceremony unveiling the winners will be held this year in Brussels on 11th February 2010 during the Transport & Logistics Awards 2010, the prestigious price rewarding the best representatives for the logistics and transport sectors in .
